First of all, we would love to hear in details, what your needs are. Tell us about your event!
  • when and where it takes place
  • what an expected leading colour or theme is,
  • if you’d like us to decor a balloon design with additional stuff for instance: artificial flowers, craft props, foil balloons, bespoke name sign on an acrylic disc
  • what size of garland you need basing on Look Book
  • if you need a delivery or you will collect it on your own

All those factors matters and affect the total price.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS of sale / hire contract
WHAT’S PURCHASED, WHAT’S HIRED?

Balloons consisting on the decor design are purchased (as they are bespoke made for your event), but all props and construction items are hired. So if your decor design contains additional elements, we need to go back to collect it. We can pop balloons then if you wish so, you can pop it on your own as well or take home. If you purchased only balloons and we don’t need to travel back, then disposing it of will be on your side.

THE HIRE PERIOD

The Customer is responsible for all items during the hire period. The hire period starts when equipment is delivered by EASY PEASY Studio to the Customer at the venue stated on the booking form. The hire period ends when any returnable equipment is collected by EASY PEASY Studio from the venue.

THE HIRED ITEMS

Any losses or damages on the hired items during the hire period will result invoicing the Customer within two week’s time from the event date. 

Any hired equipment damaged during the hire period remain the property of EASY PEASY Studio.

EASY PEASY Studio is not responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property caused by hired equipment, unless our goods are proven to be faulty.

BOOKING AND PAYMENTS

We require two-steps payment: 50% of the price at booking confirmation to guarantee the date and to start planning your decor design (“a booking fee”), 50% of the balance is payable 7 days prior to your event.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept both a bank transfer and a cash payments, but the booking fee has to be provided by a bank transfer, while 50% of the balance can be paid in cash as well. While making the bank transfer please use your surname and the hire period in title. A bank transfer details will be provided via email. Please inform us as soon as your payment is made.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION

All the cancellations will result loosing a booking fee, however, we offer one date change if we are given enough notice (3 weeks notice min). If you decide to cancel or postpone your order within 72 hours of the delivery date, the total payment will be invoiced.

DELIVERY, SET UP & COLLECTION

Delivery & collection fee depends on a distance from our Studio and it is optional when you order just balloons, otherwise it is obligatory.

up to 10 km – free of charge
11-20 km – €25
21-40 km – €50
over 40 km – additional €0,5/1 km

Depending on a design we can ask for a set up fee as well (pricing individually).

If you are collecting your order on your own, please ensure your vehicle is large enough. EASY PEASY STUDIO will not be responsible for any burst balloons or damages once the decor design leaves our office.  If you are sending a taxi or courier, liability of any such bursts or damages will be with the Customer’s delivery provider.

VENUE

It is the Customer’s responsibility to confirm if the venue allows; tall structures, wall hangings, tall ladders, using electric balloon pomp (due to noise) etc. prior to any payment made to EASY PEASY Studio. If the Customer fails to confirm the venue’s rules regarding what is mentioned above prior to making any payment(s), these payment(s) will be forfeited and considered non-refundable.

PHOTOS & VIDEOS

All photos and videos taken of styling in homes & venues remain the intellectual property of EASY PEASY Studio and may be used for marketing purposes and displayed on the official website, social media profiles, in flyers, billboards, commercials, and any other forms of promotional marketing. Upon booking you are agreeing to exclusive use of this material by EASY PEASY Studio, unless otherwise requested prior to settling your invoice.
